I do a post ride inspection and today I noticed that i have a front bumper tube (behind the front plastic) that is cracked. It's not an integral part of the frame but needs to get fixed just the same. I know nothing about welding but is getting something like this fixed expensive? I can already hear my wife! Any info would be appreciate and if anyone knows of a southern NH place where I could get it fixed that would be even better. Ken

You could try JB Weld. I've heard amazing things about it. It's a 2 part epoxy that can hold metal together. I've even seen people use it on engine blocks. (Wouldn't recommend that) It's available at most hardware/home stores.
