Here is an e-mail that I received through NHOHVA and felt I should pass along. I looks as if it already has taken effect.

Subject: RECIPROCITY BETWEEN NH AND VT
Danny,
Per our phone conversation please be advised that the State of New Hampshire has approved rescinding reciprocity with the State of Vermont for wheeled vehicles. The confusing conversations over the past couple of months have been trying to explain the expired Rules and the recently approved Rules. The expired Rules allowed Reciprocity from May 23 to November 30 each year, closing VT Registered wheeled vehicle riding from December 1 to May 23. Effectively immediately Reciprocity has been rescinded for all VT Registered wheeled vehicles. Therefore to operate in the State of New Hampshire all riders must have a valid NH Registration.
Could you please distribute this to your member clubs and members? If anyone has any questions they may contact me directly.
Thank you,
Major Timothy Acerno
