Can you ride any of the trails when it's dark out? These would be pretty sweet with lights

The State has summer/winter rules. Summer is 35mph with access between 1/2 after dawn and 1/2 before dusk. Winter is 45mph with open hrs... also the WMNF becomes available with snowcover.
I would have to look up the actual number (801?), but myself and Larry Andersen Sr. represented the OHRV community during the hearing. We didn't agree with the final results, and the NHOHVA Board of Directors authorized my written response (which should be on file).

WMNF available.
What areas? Do people have areas that are great to ATV? ANy info would be great. I'm new to ATV's this year so I know nothing about places to go.

All motorized trails in the WMNF are open to ATVs during snowcover. The main trail out the back of Jericho should exit into the WMNF. Also have connection between Warren and Lincoln in the winter... working on connection between Warren and Bath in the winter.
